| Description |
| Admin Assistant may perform the following tasks: * Receive and screen incoming calls, taking clear messages and returning calls, if asked * Schedule appointments, weddings and speaking engagements * Type correspondence, articles and proposals and maintain up-to-date and well-organized files. * Attend staff meetings for informational purposes. * Sort and open mail; draft preliminary responses. * Ensure that office machines are clean and well-maintained. * Coordinate travel arrangements for the company * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and schedule performance evaluations. * Attend meetings upon request. * Work closely with the Project Manager in developing new ideas and special projects. * Work with appropriate officers and sales staff to carry out the task at hand. * Perform any other duties when asked to do so. |
