| Telemarketers telephone prospective and current clients to join our events.
Telemarketers may perform the following tasks:
* work from a script and a list of contacts to invite them to join our events by telephone
* create interest in the event and convince the client to make a reservation and complete an agreement contract
* process and arrange the pick up of payments registered / booked clients
* arrange appointments with project manager
* record changes to contact details on a database and note follow-up action
* maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved
* submit periodic reports on telemarketing activities and results
* receive calls and provide information or assist with any problems. |
